I'm pretty sure some of you were caught in that horrific traffic last Saturday. Well, we were also caught in one of those on our way to Resorts World Manila. Though we were a bit lucky catching a good parking slot when we arrived.
All the hours spent in traffic has left us famished, so off we went for some Greek Cuisine at Cafe Mediterranean.
Since we were both starting to get sick due to all the late nights, parties, not to mention the holiday traffic, we ordered the Italian bean soup.
We also ordered the platter (a mix of chicken, beef, pork and kofta kebabs) with buttered rice
The platter that we ordered. We were'nt able to finish this. We were already full :)
After dinner, we were able to see one of Resorts World Manila's shows called "Edge of Glory". We were particularly fascinated by the performance of Power Duo. You'll see for yourself in the next photos:
How is this humanly possible? It is truly mind-boggling!
There were also a lot of musical and dance numbers by various performers.
You can still catch the Edge of Glory on December 28 and 30 at Bar 360, Resorts World Manila from 8:30 pm - 9:15 pm. Click here for updates on their upcoming shows.
There is also an exhibit of colorful Philippine jeepneys that will run until December 31 at the Ground Floor of the Newport Mall.
Have you noticed that this Christmas season seems to be one of the hottest ones we've had in the country? That Saturday, we capped our night with some yummy Pistachio and Chunky Peanut Butter Ice Cream at Cafe Maxim's.
Have a great weekend everyone!
