At last, A real City Bike Bag: The Kipling Bike Bag

I absolutely love going on bike rides.  Whether it's for fitness, outdoor adventures or even for a quick trip to the nearby grocery or coffee shop, I like hopping on my bike and just go about my plans for the day.

However, when I bring my backpack with me, it blocks the airflow to my back.  With the heat of the sun and our oftentimes high temperatures, it sometimes wears me down.  I also pack my bag with the essentials - a bottle of water and gatorade, granola bars, a microfiber towel, a change of clothes, a hygiene pack, a first aid kit, the list goes on - and before I know it, my bag adds weight.

The truth is, I've been looking around for a bike bag for some time now.  I was quite disappointed that I can't seem to find the right one.  I am quite picky, and I always veer away from boring designs, safe colors and heavy ones.  I certainly don't want to settle for something because I'm left with no other option.  So I still look around to find the perfect bike bag that would fit my lifestyle, and then, the happiest surprise arrived!  Can you just imagine how happy I was when Kipling Philippines sent me this ultra cool bike bag?  I was jumping and dancing for joy, doing cartwheels, the running man and the roger rabbit, it was a fun, fun day!

It's so pretty!  It has a blue camouflage print with the Kipling monkey design, and it comes with Kipling's iconic furry monkey.  It has two zipped main compartments with a fold-over panel for secure storage, it's roomy enough to house my bike essentials and some grocery items, and most of all, it's lightweight.

Also, if I need to park my bike in a public place, I can simply attach the adjustable and removable strap on the bike bag so I can bring the bag with me.

It also has four velcro attachment loops so you can safely secure the bag to your bike rack.  Now, I no longer have a load of stuff on my back, it now has the ventilation it needs when I go biking.

The Kipling Bike Bag also has reflective strips at the back, for better visibility when I go biking at night.  When it drizzles, I don't need to worry, the material of the bag is made of a water resistant crinkle nylon that's easy to clean.

What I like most about this particular bike bag is that it doesn't only serve it's main purpose as a bike bag... 

It can also be just a regular, roomy bag on it's own, just attach the adjustable and removable shoulder strap according to your desired bag length and you're good to go!  This bag also has a carry loop when I need to carry it like a handbag.

I absolutely love a bag that you can use for it's actual purpose and more.  It's a plus that it comes in a cool design, fun color and it's lightweight.  Thank you Kipling Philippines for my pretty bike bag!  Now I can ride colorfully and in style!
